I think that podcasting is a tool more indie labels could definitely take advantage of. Whether they, themselves, should do the podcasting is in question. I definitely advocate that labels should find podcast networks that play their paricular genre of music and submit tunes to those networks. Many podcasting networks have a large listener base and it never hurts to get some more exposure.
